What Bedroom Colors Say About Your Personality

Reds

Aside from being associated with passion, red is also attributed to high energy and fast pace. Your red bedroom is the place you retreat to for inspiration as well as to get some work done.  Although this color does indicate you’re likely to have a short temper, red also shows you embrace change as well as adventure.

 

Dark Blues

Blue is the color of loyalty and trustworthiness. A blue bedroom also suggest that you’re tranquil and retreat to your room for reflection and nurturing yourself through mediation and relaxation.  You’re also big on security and playing things safe.

 

Medium-Light Greens

Green is a statement and a status symbol. Often associated with wealth, a green bedroom indicates that you’re a go-getter and all about bettering yourself.  Aside from sleep, your bedroom is used as a study/reading room as you’re also looking to better yourself since green is also the color of growth.

 

White

From the outside looking in it’s easy to say a white bedroom shows lack of imagination.  However, you’re more so complex.  Not easily defined, you refuse to choose just one color and opted for wall art to do the talking for you.  You’re easy going and enjoy the small things in life.  Your room is primarily used for sleep but occasionally doubles as your workspace.

 

Pinks

Feminine and carefree, a pink bedroom is an indication of a bubbly personality and a sociable person.  When you’re not out and about mingling your room is used as a lounge area.  A place you go to socialize with friends and planning adventures. Although you tend to be distracted easily you’re also hopeless romantic at heart.

 

Medium-Deep Purples

Purple is a regal color and suggest that a person with a purple bedroom is confident and hard-nosed.  On the lighter side you have a calm personality and retreat to your room for reflections and decision making. Although you enjoy to keep things classy you also have a thirst for mystery.

 

Light Yellows

A conversation starter and people person, your room is a reflection of your personality.  Playful with a youthful vibe, you’re bedroom is a place where you work on personal hobbies and projects as well as relax.  A socialite at heart yellow also indicates that you’re an optimist and usually see the bright side to every situation.

 

Beige

You play things safe. You’re a traditionalists and a creature of habit.  Although you may not be a social butterfly at heart you’re a nurturing person and care giver.  Rather than spending time finding paint colors you utilize your time to help others as well as work on personal goals.

 

Grays

A gray room is a sign of sophistication and tranquility.  You’re cool, calm, and collected but yet tend to be a fence sitter and impartial when making tough decisions.  You tend to be mature, responsibile ,quiet and reserved. Your gray bedroom room is a place to escape the chaotic world and enjoy the presence of your own company.
